The Megalon Group AG (TMG) is a founder-led holding group that brings together its own businesses, participations, competence centers and operational units under one roof — spanning growth and customer acquisition, payment and factoring, digital solutions and BPO, health and elderly care, and customer service. Today, TMG organizes that whole group around its "360° Flow Hub" — a single hub for bundled competence and operative growth.
The Challenge
TMG's old brand was accurate — and distant. It explained what the group does in the language of a holding company: structures, processes, competence centers. Correct, but not something anyone could feel. As TMG grew into a genuine group of very different businesses — from payment infrastructure to elderly care — the brand needed to do more than describe the mechanics. It needed to hold all of it together as one story people could actually connect with.

The task was to keep everything that made TMG credible — the operational depth, the process expertise — and make it feel human for the first time.
Claim Development
Out of the shift towards a result-oriented communication came a single line: "Your Business Flow."

It reframes what TMG actually does: connecting people, ideas, technology and operational excellence into structures that create room to grow — as something felt rather than just delivered. One claim, doing the work that used to take a paragraph of holding-company language.
Visual Language
We developed a new visual language for TMG built to carry warmth without losing structure — a system flexible enough to represent five very different business areas as one coherent group, rather than five unrelated logos sharing a website.
Web Redesign
Everything came together in a full web redesign — rebuilding megalon.de around the new claim, tone of voice and visual language, and restructuring the site to make TMG's group of businesses, participations and competence centers easy to understand at a glance instead of reading like an org chart.

The Result

TMG now has a brand that matches the scale of what it's actually built: a group spanning growth, payments, BPO, health care and customer service, unified under a single felt promise — "Your Business Flow" — and organized around the 360° Flow Hub, instead of reading as a list of competence centers.
